Kane leads digital product and solutions innovation, identifying opportunities to engage potential candidates and communicate employer brand by leveraging new technologies such as next generation collaboration and relationship marketing tools, new site and mobile platforms, and emerging social networks.
Along with a team of Digital solutions consultants, web designers, programmers, and project managers, Kane develops and implements award-winning career web sites, mobile sites and native apps, Facebook applications, and strategies, including online employer reputation management, next generation social media optimization, and social computing for Fortune 500 clients Bank of America, Citi, FedEx, MetLife, and WellPoint. Kane and the Innovation Team within Hodes are constantly exploring new business-driven opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, such as Augmented Reality, to help clients attract and retain the best talent.
Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, Kane was responsible for developing innovative strategies and solutions for Cox Newspapers’ websites and mobile product offerings. Utilizing his experience with interactive gaming, he created Nail the Interview, an NAA Digital Edge award winning advergame that was designed to engage and educate job seekers about the interviewing process. Peter Weddle called Nail the Interview one of the “7 Employment Wonders of the Web” and it continues to attract and engage new audiences on all Cox Newspapers’ websites as well as other websites across the country. Kane has bachelors of science degree in finance from Wright State University.
With over 10 years of experience in interactive marketing, Kane has a passion for developing rich interactive applications and marketing strategies designed to extend brand awareness online, cultivate new audiences, and create meaningful connections between online consumers and companies.
